The group of bikers from LIFE project “SIC2SIC” LIFE16 GIE/IT/000700, during their closing tour in Sicily, has stopped over at “Pantani Cuba & Longarini” wildlife and nature reserve, where the team of our LIFE project has guided them through the tracks to discover the amazing biodiversity of this wetland area, presenting at the same time the daily activity of Stiftung Pro Artenvielfalt for the active management of this relevant portion of Natura 2000 area “Pantani della Sicilia Sud Orientale”; in particular, all actions and initiatives planned in LIFE Marbled Duck PSSO have been illustrated and discussed.
The meeting and related visit have been a very pleasant and quite useful occasion of networking, during which the two groups have exchanged information related to their respective projects and shared their experience in the LIFE projects world/family.
