Yesterday occurred the first meeting of the project’s advisory committee formed by representatives of local area stakeholders. The meeting has been duly attended by representatives of farming companies and farmers, tourism industry operators and associations, local committees, hunters associations and environmental protection NGOs, schools and Ragusa deparment of DSRT (Dipartimento Sviluppo Rurale e Territoriale). During the meeting project team presented in detail project’s goals and actions and afterwards a constructive and positive discussion arised generating already hints and ideas to maximize stakeholders interaction and positive side effects on local area.
